Currently building a new shopping site (in Brine v7, of course!) and my client will be fulfilling their own orders and delivery, and would like to be able to notify their customers of when the delivery is expected. I can see the MARK FULFILLED button, which will send an email to say "it's on its way", and I can insert a tracking number, but ideally we'd like to be able to override this (or add) a note to say "we'll see you about 4pm later today" or similar. Does anyone have any ideas how this can be achieved? Many thanks. Link to comment
