JFC Posted March 3, 2020 Share Posted March 3, 2020 Hey, Does anyone know why there isn't an option for putting in a UK address on my shipping section in my checkout? I've changed the country to UK on my settings but I've just tested it out and it's still only got United States as as option. Help please! Link to comment
paul2009 Posted March 3, 2020 Share Posted March 3, 2020 You need to create shipping options for your customers to choose from before. Countries not served by any of your shipping options will not be accepted at checkout. In the Home menu, click Commerce, and then click Shipping. Click Add Shipping Option. If you select Flat Rate or Depending on Weight you can then click Shipping Zones to choose the countries that you ship to. For more information, see Setting up shipping rates.
