neighbourhooddinners Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 Site URL: https://neighbourhooddinners.com.au I have set up the option for delivery or pickup in our checkout, and ideally, I'd like to be able to automatically generate a different order confirmation email based on what option the customer has selected. Is this possible? How would I go about this? I'm not much of a coder so a bit lost. Thanks
paul2009 Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 The confirmation emails have not received any love or attention from Squarespace in several years, so this still isn’t possible. It is isn’t something you can change with code either. I’m hoping that they will be able to apply the knowledge they acquired building Email Campaigns to improve the commerce emails (both for products and subscriptions) soon.
