How do add basic overlay/hover on Gallery block items on 7.1 (currently bare)

hello - I have the hover working (thank you Tuanphan!) I would like to get the caption/name to appear on the image when you hover, can you advise? Site is https://bulldog-parrot-grdc.squarespace.com/config/pages Password: Strata!1    - see bottom of Team page. Portfolio worked great for my needs but didn't realize there was a portfolio item limit and need to make something similar but for 60+ people

Can you share link to team page? I don't see menu to find team page..

I have a full bleed gallery that I would like to put my .png logo on top of is that possible?

don't know who needs this but i find that this works for me, maybe it can help others in need of a simple overlay effect.

Hope it helps, you can change it to any gallery that you wish to use.
