The empty products still appear blank on summary blocks On another note with the previous code that does work on the product pages, while it does work it introduces the problem of seeing "image unavailable" until the image loads as well as showing the background behind it when the image scales due to responsiveness like so: Any way to set it so that it only applies the background if there's no image?

@tuanphan Hi Tuan, thanks that works perfectly for the individual product pages as seen here is it possible to have the same effect in summary blocks though? Not too sure setting a background-image would work as there's no image box shown

When searching for a product tag for example the products are properly filtered and the bottom shows as such: the problem occurs when going to the next page which causes the search to reset like this: Is there a way to select all products tagged with "tag X", I was trying to search for the tag, select the first 50, go to the next page then select the next 50 and so on.

If we receive a new image for a series of existing products on a website, how would one go about updating the images via a CSV file? When I export products, update the URLs on the CSV file and re-import them the images do not change on the website. We would not like to delete the products and re-import them as they have additional information sections which have to be manually input per product and there are hundreds.

@creedon quite a few of these products have the "additional info" section filled out which has to be done on the back end per product instead of using a spreadsheet for some reason so I don't think we would want to start again 🤔

@creedon trying to import the CSV UTF-8 results in squarespace saying there's no product ID column (I'm updating existing products to fix these UTF-8 issues) so failed to import 🤔

@creedon they're from various suppliers so we have to deal with the format they come in. I'll try saving the doc from excel as CSV UTF-8 and see if that makes a difference first

@creedon sorry just to clarify what you mean are these the steps I should follow? export Squarespace CSV open csv in excel edit data resave as CSV UTF-8 (as opposed to just regular csv that it comes as) before importing import wonder why it's not just UTF-8 by default 🫠

Wondering if there's a correct way to import products that have descriptions with special symbols? For example, when importing products that have 123ºC in their description the product on the page will be 123�C. The same goes for other symbols such as ™

Wondering if it's possible to set an "image unavailable" image to all products with no images until they have their own images. I have tried assigning the "image available image" to one product to get a squarespace Hosted Image URL in the CSV, then exported a squarespace CSV with other products that have no image but copying that url to other products but it does not update that image to the existing products.
