Hi, I got around this by looking at the network request sent when creating a redirect for a random subdomain, and manually sending the request with a modified JSON body with cURL. Same EXACT issue. What is happening here? How can such a basic functionality not be supported on SquareSpace. We were victims of the Google Domains acquisition, and I don't understand how this is possible. Additionally, "Forward all paths" for a domain redirect refuses to work. When switching and clicking save, it instantly reverts back. This is core, critical functionality for a domain registrar, really basic stuff. No response from support and all our redirects are non-functional.

Almost same exact issue here. All my domain redirects stop working. It literally won't even let me put www for a subdomain redirect. All my SEO on Google is broken. This has been absolutely awful, and nothing from support. It was working PERFECTLY FINE on google domains...

Same exact issue. I literally do not know how such a basic functionality cannot be working, we are victims of this as well, as our domains just got transferred. - None of our path redirects are working. When I explicitly check "forward paths" and hit save, it instantly reverts back on the UI. - It will not let me redirect the www subdomain. It raises a validation error "Implementing this rule could interfere with how the domain works with the website." What does this even mean? I'm not using Squarespace for any website, I literally just want the most standard domain redirect... Did you contact support?

Hi we are having the same issue, is there any fix? I don't understand why this is not working, it's so simple. We were victims of the Google Domains transfer unfortuantely. It was working fine on Google Domains, now completely broken on SquareSpace...
