  1. You really should allow your website to collect and use the information that users are voluntarily able to enter (phone number / address) When a user logs in to the website, they can add their own phone number / address via their account profile. However, that activity does not update the "Contacts" metadata (no phone number / address in the Contact export to csv). We are running a local club / non profit. We regularly post a membership roster that includes address & phone number and is data we collect. From what I can tell, the only way to easily collect this data is via a form, but if they are already a member, why send them thru another hoop of collecting their metadata? Collecting it in the contacts area AND via a form is not something we are interested in. I simply want the profile data to be accessible to me from the contact metadata. I mean if they don't want it available anymore they can unenroll, or delete their profile, or delete the address / pn they input, no???
  2. 1) Members basically lose access to the entire rest of the website, unless they add a page link for each other place (where did the menu go)? Why would you take away the navigation menu from the members part of the site?) 2) The sigout button (which helps find a way to get around #1) is hidden in teensy font inside the 'account' menu. not super obvious. I wouldn't mind being able to create a logout button either
  3. Has this issue been resolved? I'd like to be able to migrate an existing membership program to Squarespace, but it doesn't appear that I can add "Members" - only subscribers. It seems like a pretty easy feature to add - the ability for me to set up digital products and then manually enter a member and assign them to those products with effective dates? Is this something that is possible?
