Benjohnson31 Posted April 13 Posted April 13 You really should allow your website to collect and use the information that users are voluntarily able to enter (phone number / address) When a user logs in to the website, they can add their own phone number / address via their account profile. However, that activity does not update the "Contacts" metadata (no phone number / address in the Contact export to csv). We are running a local club / non profit. We regularly post a membership roster that includes address & phone number and is data we collect. From what I can tell, the only way to easily collect this data is via a form, but if they are already a member, why send them thru another hoop of collecting their metadata? Collecting it in the contacts area AND via a form is not something we are interested in. I simply want the profile data to be accessible to me from the contact metadata. I mean if they don't want it available anymore they can unenroll, or delete their profile, or delete the address / pn they input, no???
