This is a HUGE issue for us. Other scheduling software allows you to choose to keep signups open till end of class or 20 minutes after start, or whatever. We can't seem to find an option that allows this on Acuity. We offer 3 hour classes and people often come in 10, 15, or 20 minutes late... but once the class time starts, the registration closes automatically and nobody can sign up anymore. This is a HUGELY bad issue for our business. Wish they would change this.

In Acuity Scheduling, I'm wondering if I can use Advanced CSS to change the Background and Font Color of the Date. In the two uploads below, I mocked up the change I'd like to make. The default scheduling page has a Dark Grey/Black font for the Date and a bland light grey/white background. I've mocked up what I would like it to look like. A Deep Navy Blue Background and the Date in a White Font, with the word Today in Yellow. Can I do this using the Advanced CSS features on Acuity Scheduling?

I'm incredibly frustrated and hope someone can help. I can't get the reports to export properly -- it seems its a system problem, but I can't tell for sure. In Acuity Scheduling, I click on REPORTS -- then I click on IMPORT/EXPORT I have various custom FORMS I've created that collects different information from clients depending on appointment type. I check the FORM that I'd like to export to spreadsheet, chose the dates and click "Include Cancelled Appointments" -- and then click EXPORT APPOINTMENTS Button and nothing happens. It just sits for a couple of minutes and then goes to an error screen 504 GATEWAY TIMEOUT. This happens again and again and again. I can't seem to find a way to get the information I've collected on all these clients without this export function. My guess is that Acuity does not have something set up properly in terms of the backend processing, but I don't know. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have a workaround? I really need this information from the custom forms.
