REPORTS - EXPORT - FORMS

I'm incredibly frustrated and hope someone can help.

I can't get the reports to export properly -- it seems its a system problem, but I can't tell for sure.

In Acuity Scheduling, I click on REPORTS -- then I click on IMPORT/EXPORT

I have various custom FORMS I've created that collects different information from clients depending on appointment type.

I check the FORM that I'd like to export to spreadsheet, chose the dates and click "Include Cancelled Appointments" -- and then click EXPORT APPOINTMENTS Button and nothing happens.  It just sits for a couple of minutes and then goes to an error screen 504 GATEWAY TIMEOUT.

This happens again and again and again.  I can't seem to find a way to get the information I've collected on all these clients without this export function.  

My guess is that Acuity does not have something set up properly in terms of the backend processing, but I don't know.

What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have a workaround? I really need this information from the custom forms.
