As far as I know, you need to add them as a user and can pick "store manager" in the permissions. That is how we did it.

I know this wasn't on the roadmap for last year but maybe if Squarespace hears it enough it'll get onto someone's radar? The calendar events need two things! Recurring option All-day event checkbox (this one seems easier to implement and would be appreciated!) Thanks
