Contact their tech support, resolved by adding one more "A" in DNS setup, the IP is square's internal IP and I waited 2 days for the data populated: @ A N/A 198.185.159.144

I had same issue, after deleting defaults DNS set, still cannot setup the domain forwarding (I have my own CNAME). After I delete my customized CNAME, then I was able to add the domain forwarding, however I cannot add my CNAME back, saying it's conflicting.
