Good Afternoon,
I own an Acuity Scheduling account. I need to add Acuity Scheduling to my SPF Record on my DNS settings. What is the necessary IP address or SPF address to add Acuity Scheduling to the SPF record or DKIM record?
Gmail has announced that as of February 1, Gmail and Yahoo will force domains to have all third-party senders added to their SPF or DKIM records. As you know, Acuity Scheduling sends automated email notifications on behalf of their account holder with the sender address as the domain of the account holder. For example, if my personal domain is mydomain.com and Acuity Scheduling account is held under email@mydomain.com, Acuity Scheduling sends email alerts to customers with the sender as email@mydomain.com, because that is the account holder of Acuity Scheduling.
I cannot find the IP address or SPF address of Acuity Scheduling to add to my SPF record anywhere in their help pages or online support. Also, I have contacted their help desk three times (support, developer, and squarespace desks) on this and not heard back from anyone yet. Please note, I am referring to Acuity Scheduling calendar account embedded on my personal domain, and not a SquareSpace store account or domain. I need the IP address or SPF address to add Acuity Scheduling to my SPF record on my domain DNS.
Can any Acuity Scheduling developers, employees, or experts help me with this please? I need help as soon as possible to comply with the changes on February 1. This has been very frustrating, and if I cannot receive help with the SPF record in time for February 1, I will need to close my Acuity Scheduling account and find a new booking software, because third-party Acuity Scheduling emails will no longer deliver to Gmail or Yahoo.

My Acuity Scheduling account is held under my forum email address if any employee needs to validate me, thank you.
