  1. All my store items have missing tags. I know that I correctly entered them and saved them so I went back in and started re-entering them again. Half way through my 100+ items, I went back to recheck the first ones I re-entered and they were all gone again! This has wasted MANY hours of my time! I waited over night and re-checked the next day and they are still all gone! How can I ever get my site indexed with these kind of problems? I tried to go to chat, but of course they too are down at the moment (even though it during the normal hours to be available). So my only other option was to send email to Squarespace. But they will waste more time sending me a generic email asking for basic info to verify my identity, I'll send it back, then I'll be lucky if I hear back from them with any real kind of answer or help! Anyone else having this problem? I feel like they're stalling for time so my refund grace period will run out!
  2. I have the same error code in my analytics reports. It shows the error code was first detected just yesterday on Oct 24, 2023. However in the same area that Ed included an screen shot of, under "examples", the "last crawled" date in my area under examples is much older, so that date doesn't mean much in my opinion. I'm not sure how that date could even be relevant since my error was first detected just yesterday. I am more interested in how to determine which page(s) it is referring to and how to fix it. Can anyone help with this? I am also concerned why the site map I submitted is also showing status as "couldn't fetch" on this report too? Can anyone help with these issues?
  3. Same problem here, and no help found anywhere else.
  4. Ok, I get you what you mean. It's toggled to the right (the on position) but says "Enable" in gray. However, the help info in Squarespace is contradicting then. It states that the little house that shows up next your home page in the left panel should be black if it's enabled and if it's gray it's disabled. Mine is gray, with the settings showing as grayed out switched to the right as "enable". See attachment example with copy of Squarespace information copied and pasted.
  5. Each time I create a new blank page under "Not Linked" or in the linked area, then set it as my homepage, then go back to my previous homepage, it's automatically set as "enabled". As soon as I reset this previous homepage back to being my current homepage, it automatically grays out and is disabled no matter what. So creating a new blank page as a temp homepage doesn't seem to fix whatever page I set as my homepage to go from disabled to enabled. I guess I have to assume that my home page will always stay disabled no matter what. I do know my homepage is accessible externally to visitors, however, I'm concerned about search engines not being able to access it! I can't seem to find an answer on what can be done about it. Can anyone else help with this issue?
