Hi, I'm also having this issue. I took it up with customer service and they told me that the problem goes away when they run my site in Test Mode, which implies that the issue is caused by some custom code I've injected into the site that's blocking the recaptcha from functioning. I have no clue what it could be, but thought I'd share in case that helps. -
