Almost a month since the promise of a fix, any update? At the moment paying for something I can't use because it looks so unprofessional.

You can add form questions with tick boxes and maybe use the name/location for each choice, simple. The other option is to create three different appointment types/forms.

I found that when a client cancels a PayPal payment during a booking the return URL directs to the generic Acuity Scheduling page instead of the page where the Scheduling block was inserted on the website, so that creates confusion. Is there a workaround for this?

On actual mobile view with Acuity Scheduling the titles and buttons do not display correctly, as you can see on the images. Titles are not responsive and neither are the buttons. This will cause a huge loss in business for clients booking on mobile. Anyone found a fix for this?
