  1. Hey Ziggy, Thanks for your help. So the pop-up can be connected to both Mailchimp and Google Drive? It's connected to Mailchimp now. I just don't want to lose the Mailchimp connection if I add Google Drive. Thanks again,
  2. Hello! So, I have a Squarespace website ( ana-uribe.com ) with: A) a Squarespace promotional pop up connected to a Mailchimp audience B) a Squarespace newsletter block in the footer of the website connected with the same Mainchimp audience. C ) several embedded Mailchimp forms connected with the same Mailchimp audience. Is any of this going to cause troubleshooting issues? In Squarespace's user guide, it says: Connect multiple blocks to Mailchimp Connecting multiple forms to a single Mailchimp audience can cause several issues, including dropped form submission data and disconnection from Mailchimp. We recommend using a separate Mailchimp audience for each form or newsletter block on your site when possible. If you choose to connect multiple blocks to a single Mailchimp audience, each block must be absolutely identical. Any discrepancies between type, name, or arrangement of fields between blocks will create errors. To fix issues with multiple blocks connected to a Mailchimp audience: Reset the Mailchimp connection for each block. Check each block to confirm all fields are identical. Reconnect Mailchimp in the Storage tab. Connect multiple Mailchimp accounts While you can only connect one Mailchimp audience per storage area of form blocks or newsletter blocks, you can connect multiple Mailchimp accounts to different forms throughout your site. For example, one newsletter block can connect to an audience in one Mailchimp account, and another newsletter block can connect to an audience in a different Mailchimp account. This doesn't cause conflicts the way connecting to the same audience does because each form storage works independently of other forms. Many thanks 🙂 Dan
  3. https://www.ana-uribe.com password: hello Hi! I am trying to change the newsletter block alignment to "left" in mobile view only. I don't know how to make the alignment "right" in desktop view and "left" in mobile view. Can someone please help? I tried using some custom CSS to make it all align left in mobile view, but I could only get the description text "Sign up for my newsletter" to align "left" To do this I used: Anyway, I need the whole newsletter block to align left in mobile view. Can anyone help? Much appreciated, Dan
  4. @Beyondspace Hello! I have tried that but in the mobile editor on fluid engine the image is as far up as it can go (as shown in my screenshot). Thanks for offering help though 🙂
  5. Hello! For some reason my client's website isn't displaying correctly in on mobile. https://www.ana-uribe.com password: hello In the Squarespace editor mobile view the image of the face is flush with the bottom of the Header. But when I test the mobile site on a mobile phone there is a small space. Could someone please help me with this! Kind regards, Dan
  6. https://snail-saxophone-k3pk.squarespace.com/video Hi Ziggy, Thanks so much for your help. So I am trying to subtract the three lines that I point to in the screenshot in my first post in this thread. Maybe this could be done if I could somehow excluded the store product section from my general command: article section { border-bottom: solid 0.5px #7F5539; }

  8. Hello, I used this CSS code to add a 0.5px border to the bottom of each section in my site. article section:nth-child(n) { border-bottom: solid 0.5px #7F5539; } However, for some reason in my store product section, the border appears three times inside the section (see screenshot) Would someone please show me how to remove these borders? Kind regards, Dan
  9. @tuanphan Well thanks for all your help! You've been great support.
  10. Hello, Is there a CSS code that will allow me to use one image in the desktop site and another image in the mobile site? There are about a dozen images in my desktop site that I would like to swap for mobile-friendly versions. https://snail-saxophone-k3pk.squarespace.com/
  11. @Ziggy, Hi Ziggy, thank you. Yes, there was some other CSS controlling it. Fixed now - much appreciated.
  12. @tuanphan Thank you 🙂 Do you work for Squarespace?
  13. @tuanphan Hi Tuanphan, Thanks for you offer. Yes please, I would like to include a cream border around the photo that is about 5px, and in line with the cream text box underneath it. Cheers, Dan
  14. @Ziggy Hi Ziggy, Thanks for writing. My 'Space Below Section Title' is set at 0px. Kind regards, Dan
