And i don't want any staff to come up with the same excuse as videos fail to load because of speed etc, also don't ask us to use low res gifs how are we suppose to represent our work with low res gifs in 2022 where everyone is using their phone? should we go back to 90's? Please fix the problem instead of giving people the same responses, and blaming other platforms, cause i even uploaded the video on square-space and it still does the same thing, i have professional internet speed and videos still don't load up on mobile devices. Also how's all videos load up on YouTube, and other websites, but only on square-space this is happening ? What am i paying for if my website does not even work ?
