No worries. So I think mine is bugged. It just refuses to let me drag anything. Doesn't matter where I try and drag it, it won't budge. 😩 -

If it was truly just in alphabetical order, I would 100% be happy with that. However, that isn't the case. It orders them according to how new they are. Newest always are at the top. Also not talking necessarily about how the customer sees it in the traditional sense, as it pulls from a filter. The filter follows the order I see on the backend. Forester Wilderness is the newest category I made. So now my filter orders them just like below (it's driving me insane that it's not in alphabetical order)

I desperately need to reorder my product categories. Squarespace shows the drag and drop icon on the product categories, yet I can't grab it and move it. Doesn't matter where on the list I try or on the category itself, nothing will move. Individual products move this way, but I can't seem to get the categories to work like they should. Does anyone else have this issue or know of a solution?

I would like to make the Categories, under my Store page, display as a dropdown list on mobile (instead of the horizontal side scrolling menu). I'm currently using a fix where my categories display all stacked at least. However, with 5+ Categories it is starting to look a bit busy. Any suggestions on how to implement this?

@tuanphan I've been searching the web for answers if this is possible to do with Squarespace categories. I've had zero luck. I'm looking for a way to have a vehicle filter / search bar at the top of my homepage with option for the vehicle's Model and Year and a button to direct to those results (I only sell products for one car brand). The models are my main categories and the years are my subcategories on my shop page. Really hoping there's a way to link these. Any ideas?
