Site URL: https://www.pleasedco.com/photo I know you can drag them to rearrange but when i do that everything always jumps around all crazy and then I'm stuck rearranging for much longer. Is there a way to make new uploads go to the top instead of the bottom?

Started a new gallery section and wanted to have a transparent (or opaque) overlay on hover like in the portfolio option Here is a screenshot of where I think the code is to copy, paste and modify but really I dont know what I'm doing.
