  1. Good for you! That's smart to force a save on a new function. That helps push an update to your site. Thanks for the quick help today!
  2. I'm sure it's just a server update propagation issue. It will hit your server in your part of the world soon, I'm sure.
  3. Hmm. Working now in mobile edit mode online with Squarespace, but not on an actual mobile browser.
  4. Just got this delivered in email! They're on it now:
  5. Good to know! My site has been live for only a week now, and two weeks in development, so it's a pretty hardcore vanilla setup right now. I'm so glad they are aware of the problem.
  6. I'm so glad we're all having the same problem! I just happened to be checking something today in mobile view, and the menu didn't work. I checked on three computers and nine browsers, including the edit mobile view here. No go. Was a little shocking to realize how much a mobile site relies on such a simple feature -- otherwise, you're sort of stuck in space in the page on which you land!
  7. Thanks for the help! I'm glad this is a system problem, because I knew I didn't touch my header setup in a week. The status page doesn't seem to indicate this is a problem being fixed.
  8. Site URL: https://BolesBells.com Hi there -- The Hamburger Navigation links are not working on my website or blog in mobile view: https://Bolesbells.com https://Bolesbells.com/blog That menu used to work. Today, nothing happens when I touch it to expand the menu. Nothing changed. Not added. No special code or CSS involved, ever. Thanks!
  9. Site URL: https://BolesBells.com Is there any way to enable a default for a universal "Share" option for blog posts that propagate to the connected social media services? Right now, I have to "enable" each service for each blog post before publication to get the social media updates to fire. "Disabled" appears to be the set default, and I can't find the toggle to make the default status "Enabled." The blog is here: https://bolesbells.com/blog I thank you! db
  10. Thanks for the information. Squarespace Customer Service told me Portfolio Blocks are not indexed. All Blog posts are indexed. The workaround they suggested was to make my Portfolio text blog posts instead. I mentioned to Support how that didn't make sense -- published text for visitors should always be indexed for local search no matter its named function or container. I was told my suggestion would be passed on to a manager. I am not hopeful for a resolution. I have a Google site search set up I can use to search my own site here -- and all my Portfolio text is already indexed by Google for the world -- so I don't understand why Squarespace wants Google to provide a better search indexing experience for my site. Too bad Squarespace disables the Script I need to place my Google Search box on my site. Edited to add: The site in question is -- https://BolesBells.com
  11. Does Squarespace support read these questions, or do I need to submit this query somewhere else?
  12. Site URL: https://BolesBells.com Hi there! I'm new here to Squarespace, but I'm not new to designing and managing websites. I have a new site here, with a blog, and the Search function doesn't index all my content. I have turned on and off every function of the search block with the same non-return results. New blog posts are indexed in Search, but existing content on the main Home page -- using a portfolio layout -- doesn't appear to be indexing the text in the portfolio sub-areas linked from the home page. //home/kettlebells -- is not indexed but /blog/2021/3/1/kettlebell-recovery-workout -- is indexed Am I missing something? Thanks! db
