I have added sliding testimonials to my homepage (see below) using a summary section from a blog page. I would like the arrows to be below the text in the center, anyone know how to do this? I would also like a small round photo above each testimonial and when I use a thumbnail it is way too big. Thanks!

I have an image in the site header and first section on my home page but on all other pages I would like a solid color in the site header only. Is there a way to achieve this?
