Hi, I have a site that existed since 2009, with external domain attached to it - now I want to completely change it and I have built a separarte site on Squarespace but it looks like I cannot move subscriptions. Now my question is - my subscription is for another 2 months, if I choose to cancel I get no refund. Is that the only way. To cancel this subscription - disconnect domain - make new subscription and then connect domain. Is that only way?

Ah. Thank you. Can I ask you one more thing please. I somehow got to the point of seeting up a test fluid engine test but at the end of the initial selection it said "NO PERMISSIONS" - see image attached - why? I am ok to redesign using this new tool - but just confused how to get there 😉

Hi, I cannot seem to figure out how to use Fluid Engine to design pages, I've been using Jasper Jin for years and I also do not see any UPGRADE button. What do I do?
