  1. Jo_SQSP's post in Publish Vimeo Showcase Videos was marked as the answer
    Hi there,
    To achieve this, your best bet might be to embed your showcase as a playlist into a Gallery Block. This would require a Plus plan on Vimeo, you can see the different features available per plan in their guide: Showcases.
    You can learn more about adding videos to pages and posts to choose the right option for you.

  12. Jo_SQSP's post in Custom css code: missing opening `{` was marked as the answer
    @cakeus It looks like you're adding that code in the Custom CSS panel, but the code you're adding is html (with some Javascript bits inserted). You'll want to add this in Settings > Advanced > Code Injection to see if it works. The Custom CSS panel only supports CSS.
  13. Jo_SQSP's post in "Unable to add item" and "that item is not available" error for no reason was marked as the answer
    Squarespace recently fixed a bug where products on disabled Products Pages could be added to the cart – previously, if you had a product on a disabled Products Page shared elsewhere on your site (in a Product Block or Summary Block, or linked directly to the URL), the product could be purchased. If you're noticing products can no longer be purchased, double-check that the Products Page is enabled (you can move it to your Not Linked Pages to keep it from appearing in your navigation.

  14. Jo_SQSP's post in Included JavaScript framework was marked as the answer
    @popsovy -- it's YUI, a JS framework Yahoo used to maintain:
    https://yuilibrary.com/
    It's no longer updated, but a lot of Squarespace is built on it and you'll see 'yui' a lot in classes/ids in your page source.
  15. Jo_SQSP's post in How do I link a folder title within the navigation to a page? was marked as the answer
    Here's one way to solve this:
    Open the folder's settings/configuration window (click its gear icon in the Pages panel). In the Navigation Title field, paste in: <a href="/PAGESLUG">NAME</a>
    Replace PAGESLUG with the slug for the page you want to link to. (Make sure the / is included.) Replace NAME with what you want the folder's nav link to say. So for example, if you want the navigation link for your About folder to link to the first page in the folder, which has the page slug /contact-page, it would look like this:

    I've done some testing and this works in most template families but not Aviator, Bedford, or Pacific.
    In some templates it works but interferes a bit with the folder functionality. For example, in Skye the folder is collapsed, and you have to click the folder to see the pages. With this modification, people can still click the + icon to see the sub-pages, but if people just click the folder link they'll never see the the folder menu. For the same reason it might not work on mobile in some templates. Personally I'd only use this in templates where you can see the menu on hover, or the menu is permanently expanded. There's a guide that shows folder behavior by template here.

  16. Jo_SQSP's post in Change Gallery Block Image Title Font? was marked as the answer
    Try this in Design > Custom CSS; change font/size/color as needed:
    .image-slide-title { font-family: courier; font-size: 18px; color: blue; }
  17. Jo_SQSP's post in Foster/Brine: Increase Nav Link Spacing? was marked as the answer
    Figured it out -- enter this in Design > Custom CSS:
    .Header-nav-item { margin-right: 2.5em; }
    You can play with the 2.5 figure to increase/decrease spacing.
