Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place but I'm in dire need of inspiration! We sell training courses and I am struggling to find a way to make the product page more visually appealing. Example: https://www.mdrtraininguk.com/shop/p/online-transport-manager-cpc To me, it looks basic, the images don't look right and the text is just a long string of words. The page converts reasonably well, but the bounce rate is in the 65-70% range. What I'd like to achieve is more calls to action, i.e "Not sure if this is the right course, click here to chat" etc. I'm not even sure this is possible with Squarespace..? I'd like to put the course dates into an accordion but there are no real design options available on the page. If anyone has any advice or ideas on improvements, I'd really appreciate the help 🙂 Thanks in advance.

Apparently, this isnt a isolated issue. It's happened to me again today.

It was my pleasure. At this stage, there's no further action that you can take on your end to prevent this in the future. Having said that, from the reports that i have received so far in regards this issue, this appears to occur only once on some websites. Our engineering team is trying to understand the pattern and deploy a fix. In the meantime, if you encounter the same issue again (let's hope not), please let us know. This was the response from support - seems obnly isolated websites

Its sorted. I contacted support and they "fixed" it. I've asked for some feedback as to what happened but no response.

Here's an interesting one... This morning I got a call from a customer, they couldn't order one of the site's courses. So I opened the site, every single product and service has been converted to a blog post! I've no idea how it happened, but it's causing massive problems. I've got a ticket being escalated but apparently it can take several days for them to respond. Would anyone have any bright ideas so I can fix this as soon as possible? At the moment, I use the "simple" layout which is: Title Description Purchase button Additional info With images on the right. I would like to structure the page in the following way Title Additional info Purchase button The reason is that the additional info section can be designed, with sections the same as a standard page. The product description section is just text only. I hope that makes sense. If there are any coding wizards with a solution, I'd really like to hear it 🙂 Thanks Rich

Hi, I'd like to add a comparison chart to the additional info section on a product page, like the pricing plan on the sqsp pricing page. Any ideas how to best implement it? Ideally, I would like it to add customers selection to their cart. Any ideas greatly appreciated!
