Moving "Add to cart" below product name in mobile view

I am needing some help.

I have coded in to have my add to cart below the product name (as seen in desktop view).

Every code i have tried for mobile is not letting me do it.

Have attached examples.

Hoping someone could help me with the css to achieve this.

You can use this code to Website Tools > Custom CSS
