New Acuity Scheduling webinar series

Recommended Posts

We’ve revamped our Acuity Scheduling webinar series and are thrilled to introduce the new webinars How to start scheduling with Acuity and Preparing to book: Customizing and sharing your Acuity schedule. First scheduled sessions of the webinars are taking place on August 6 and 8, 2024 at 2PM, respectively. Save your spot now!

How to start scheduling with Acuity focuses on the basics of what is needed to start/complete a trial. Here’s an overview of the topics covered:

  • Starting a trial
  • Setting availability and appointment types
  • Creating intake forms
  • Managing payments in Acuity Scheduling
  • Booking and canceling appointments
  • Upgrading and pricing plans

Preparing to book: Customizing and sharing your Acuity schedule, focuses on fine-tuning the Acuity setup so you can get your schedule perfectly in sync with your brand, audience and operations. Topics include:

  • Creating client intake forms
  • Customizing a scheduler and email notifications
  • Scheduling with multiple staff members
  • Syncing third-party calendars
  • Sharing your scheduler

Customer feedback truly drives our webinars program. We’ve received feedback from viewers that the former webinars were hard to follow due to topic density and duration, so we’ve made some changes to make the content more digestible.

Our goal is to ensure these webinars are the most effective use of your time and we greatly appreciate all who took the time to share their feedback with us.

If you can't make the scheduled sessions, on-demand sessions (recordings) of both webinars will be available on the registration page after the scheduled session.

We hope you’ll join us for the new webinars soon!
