LizD123 Posted July 10 Share Posted July 10 Hi, I have created a website for a client who already had a Google Domain. I added her domain and when I click on Domains in settings it shows as saying "connected" and Primary. However I have published her website as Live and the domain is showing as the built in Squarespace domain only. When I try and click on the primary domain it says I do not have authorised access. My question is, how do I get the connected domain to show? Link to comment

We have more information about managing domain permissions here: Managing domain permissions Regarding domains that have migrated from Google Domains: Each domain moved to a Squarespace account with the same email address as the account that managed the domain when it was with Google Domains. If there’s an existing Squarespace account with that email address, the domain was moved there. Otherwise, a new account was created for that email address.
