phillipsm Posted June 14 Share Posted June 14 We have not been able to edit our website for 2 days (June 13 and 14, 2024). When we hover over the page, the "Edit" wording doesn't even appear. We get a message that says: "Our system has encountered an error. This exception has been automatically logged and reported. We will return shortly." Squarespace chat is down due to high volume!!! Help!! Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Link to comment

Henriette Posted June 24 Share Posted June 24 The problem is still here today (June 24, 2024) I have refreshed and tried other browsers. Not available to edit pages. Something is wrong with the menu panel. Does anyone know if Squarespace is working to solve the problem? Link to comment

I can only suggest following the steps in Squarespace's Troubleshooting Browser Issues to see if they help. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Squarespace support. paul2009 Posted June 24 Share Posted June 24 (edited) @Henriette There was a problem earlier today (24 June 2024) that was caused by some changes being pushed out by Squarespace. It caused the Website, Pages and Settings panels to disappear. However, this was resolved a short time later and so didn't appear on the Status page. If you are still experiencing an issue, please click Refresh in your browser. Did this help?
