Changing Aspect Ratio of Video on Mobile

Hello,

How would I change the aspect ratio to 9:16 for a video on mobile and have it not changed for the desktop view?

Below is a picture of the website on mobile view. I would like the video to fill up the screen with a 9:16 aspect ratio without affecting the view on desktop.

We had to change it to a gallery as we are a restaurant that uses the website frequently. I have changed it to the video for you to see.
