How to customize the background color of related products

Hi, 

On the product details page, I would like to have a different background color for the related products to differentiate them. Is it possible to customize it?

@tuanphan yes but the products shown belong to the same category. I would like products from other categories to be shown there

I don't know this, or you can consider adding Summary Block into each product to customize this
