Help setting product expiration date

Hello! I’m about to launch my website. I have items that are available to preorder and I’m wanting to schedule them to drop off once the preorder period is over. I see how to set a product to publish after a certain date, but can’t find anything about setting a product to be removed at a certain date. I don’t have a lot of knowledge about building a website, so whatever solution you give me needs to be very dummy proof. 🤣Thanks!!!

Squarespace doesn't provide a feature to hide products automatically based on dates.

Thank you for that! I did read that, but I didn’t understand it. Can you break that down for someone that doesn’t speak that language?
