Reserving products for local pick up

Hello, 

I am new to squarespace and would like to get some inspiration on creating this specific farmers market website. We are not selling online at the moment. For the most parts, we just want to show customers what they can find in the store. However, for the meat products, we need to implement a reservation/order/wishlist system. 

How can I set up a custom form on my Squarespace site for customers to reserve meat products for local pickup, indicating their preferences without online payment and taking into consideration the limited availability of each products? Any ideas please?
