Website link not working

My website is already public but when I send the link it dosent allow them to open it it says "You do not have permissions to access the settings area of this site." how can this be fix. 

It sounds like you are sharing the backend configuration link rather than just the website domain. For example and note the end of the URL:

My website domain:

https://squarefortytwo.com

The backend link you can't access:

https://squarefortytwo.com/config

Try sharing a link without /config at the end.

You might have set a password for the individual page. See Squarespace's article on Page Passwords for more information.

It is public.

You can set a password for the entire website as well as for an individual page. There are two settings. 

But as Ziggy said, a link would be useful

sometimes it works but it mostly does not

I checked several pages of your site and they worked as expected.

If you are trying to share links to pages on your site while you are in the editor of your site you don't want to copy and paste the URL from the address bar as it won't work for outside visitors.
