Missing Code

I added some code to delete header and footer, but I only wanted to delete it on a few landing pages. Now I can't find it. I'm using the safe configure setting and the header and footer show up again so I know it's in there somewhere. I checked custom 

CSS and code injection and can't find anything. Where did it go?

Ok, I removed some code from one page (personal training) and it deleted the coding script from that page. 

Now How do I get the header and footer back?

I go to page, click on settings, go to Advanced and there is no code there. 

Because the Footer and Header are missing from multiple pages it must be somewhere else. Right?

Can you drop your site link? I'd like to take a look 

For example, if you would like to hide the footer on a specific page, go to the page's advanced settings in the page header code:
