hi,

i transfered my domain from another provider to squarespace just because i trusted Google's decision. after that, i changed nameservers of my domain from squarespace to my current hosting provider's.

after 1 day, my website is still down cause it still work with squarespace nameservers. Website is commercial, so this situation is unacceptable.

dissapointed here.

I have a problem with my domain (yelocash.net). It looks like the placeholder nameservers are not removed. The placeholder nameservers are:

    •    ns1-yelocash-net.sqsp-placeholder.com
    •    ns2-yelocash-net.sqsp-placeholder.com

You can check this link to see:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/yelocash.net

These placeholder nameservers might cause DNS problems and make the domain not work. Please remove these placeholder nameservers from the DNS settings for yelocash.net and make sure only the correct, active nameservers are there.

I also want to add that I cannot delete the old nameservers:
1- ns1.yelocash.net
2- ns2.yelocash.net
This is causing the problem with the placeholder nameservers.

Hi,

I have domain in Squarespace, 1) http://www.karuwaa.com. 2) http://www.karuwakitchen.com, 3) http://www.karuwaakitchen.com, I am unable to change Nameservers in that domain. I used custom Nameservers pointing to CloudFlare and domain is locked to google Nameservers. I cannot get default Nameservers as well as make any changes in those Nameservers . I contacted support but no help at all.
