TrevBrown Posted February 17 Posted February 17 We love Squarespace but the lack of a useful forum has found us using a third party, which is fine. We would like to use a subdomain of forum.OURDOMAIN.com, the DNS record is with Squarespace. I have linked this to the correct URL for the forum host but it won't redirect. Am I doing something wrong? Trevor
paul2009 Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Assuming you have used the correct subdomain that is assigned to your forum, this should work. The effect will not be immediate, so it may take 24 hours to work for you. If you’d like further help, please provide the domain name. TrevBrown Posted February 17 Author Posted February 17 Thanks - I previously had the attached (in red) which after 4 days wasn't redirecting. It was only a few hours ago I removed the .ourdomain.com so lets see if that makes any differences. Thanks for the quick response.
paul2009 Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Yes the host should only be the subdomain "forum" not the FQDN. Me: I'm Paul, a SQSP user for >18 yrs & Circle Leader since 2017.
