how to turn off or delete those left and right scroll arrows at the bottom of gallery

This scroll thing at the bottom of the gallery is annoying. Is there a way to deselect it?

Both.

The page isn't live yet. But it's below a gallery of images inside a portfolio. The arrows point to the next portfolio page. I'd much rather visitors access the diffferent portfolio pages via nav bar.

Is that possible?
