Customising email signup

Hi! 

I would like to make a few changes on my email newsletters sign ups. First, on mobile, the corners of the email box look rounded, and square on desktop, and I would like to make them all be sharp. And second, I would like to remove the words 'Email address' from the box. 

Is that possible?
