Page cannot be indexed: Not available due to site-wide issue

When I requested indexing of my latest blog post, Google responded that the page could not be indexed due to a site-wide issue.

I used the same blog post template to create this post as I've used for all my posts. There is nothing different or special about this post. 

Does anyone know why I might receive this warning?
