Google Workspace

Hello - I've created and completed payment for a new Squarespace business site for my client, who would like to create a custom email address using Google Workspace. It's their understanding they would be eligible for a year of free Google Workspace as they don't want a mobile account, or the Google Workspace Business Plus account which Squarespace says prevents this. Is there a reason why they are not eligible with the Business Standard plan? You can see there is no checkmark in that column. Am I getting old information from the Squarespace page or misunderstanding this? Is it possible we don't have the standard option because the DNS setup is not complete? Thank you to anyone who is able to share what they know about this fun time for the site 🙂

If you've paid the annual fee for a website Business plan, you should be eligible for one custom email address on the Workspace Business Starter plan. If you didn’t receive the offer, please contact Squarespace Support.
