There is a sign-up section on the check-out page, which seems to be permanent and I think it may be a factor for a customer's decision to complete a purchase. That's my humble opinion. My only suggestion might be to move Home from the top nav to the unlinked section - people will click your site title to get back to the home page, and that way SHOP will be the first (and most important) link.
