How do I add text block to the Henson template?

I'm trying to make a portfolio site using the Henson template. My only issue is I can't seem to add text between images for the pages. The only text seems to be in the form of a media/image description. What I want to do is add context between images which I'd want to do with a text block but I can't seem to figure out how to add a text block.

Anyone know how to do this?
