change the color of the refresh page behind my site!

I want to change the color of the refresh page behind my site. Not the site background, it seems to be even behind the background. As you can see with other Squarespace websites, the color behind their site is dark and matches their dark site. My site is also dark but there is a white bar peaking out, where the refresh circle would appear too. How can I change this? I already tried changing the colors in the palette tabs.
