The Related Products heading uses your site's H2 font settings.

If you'd like to style it independently, you can override it with some Custom CSS, changing the font-size to meet your requirements:

h2.ProductItem-related-label {
  font-size: 12px!important;
}

Yes, there's a setting for this! Go to Selling > Selling Tools > Related Products and you should see this:
