Custom Background Color not Changing

Site url: jilliandking.com (default background); jilliandking.com/play (custom background color)

Hi everyone! I've been using custom code to change the background of one page on my site (template: Jasper). It works when I go to that link directly, however when using the nav bar to go between pages, sometimes the color doesn't load right away or revert back to the default when using the nav bar to visit other pages.

I've also been having an issue with the nav jumping on the custom background color page, but I'm not sure if this is related or not. Thanks so much!

Update, I'm using 7.0 so I was able to disable Ajax which seemed to fix it! Still having the issue with the nav jumping though

Nav jumping: You mean nav appears on left, then jump to right?

Try adding this code to Custom CSS box
