Customising the style of Summary Block Titles

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can potentially help out with a little issue we're having on a client website. We have used some custom code to split out product titles into 3x lines using the '|' on the product page. This works perfectly as it should, client is over the moon with it. 

We've then got a separate collection page which uses a Summary Block to pull through certain products in that collection. Is it possible to adopt the same styling on the Summary block where it uses the | to split the product title into 3x lines?
