Trouble with seeing Product Filter & Sort By

My Squarespace expert has been helping me with my website recently, he's added a image gallery for all my products and has been working on an product filter and sort by function to help my viewers find products more easily.

I'm able to see the image galleries which he's added, but on the other hand, the product filter and sort by function cannot be seen on any device I use. I have attached a picture of what he's added and what he can see on the website and live editor.

However, on my view I can't see this on the website or editor, as shown in the second picture attached. And its not just on my laptop, that I'm having this issue, its my phone and tablet as well where its the same.

I tried a few solutions, such as viewing the website in incognito mode, viewing it in a new browser, and clearing the cache/browsing data on my laptop and its frustrating for me as none of these have helped. What's bad is that the Squarespace customer care team was able to see the changes on the website and editor when I contacted them, so I'm not sure whether its just a problem with a setting on my devices or something else.

I've tried copying and pasting the custom code back into the page header injection and it still doesn't show the changes either. I've attached a few pictures of the code as well for anyone curious. But if anyone wants me to copy and paste it for them let me know.

I've attached the website link as well so if you're able to go on it please tell me whether you see the changes as well.

I don't know why I'm not able to see it though, I don't think it can really be a browser issue as I've tried it on Chrome, Safari and Edge. I've tried clearing browsing data and that didn't work either.

I'm going to try and see if it's potentially a network/Wi-fi issue, I haven't seen the website myself from a device outside of my network and mobile data, so I'm gonna see what shows up on a completely different device.
