Spotify embed not playing

I embed our podcast on our blog everyday using a Spotify embed. It has worked every day up until 3 days ago it suddenly stopped working for some people where it will either not play or play for 10 seconds and then continue to play but silently. The audio works fine on Spotify and for some people accessing it on our website.
