bxrswfe
I'm trying to add a widget to my business' Google Reviews, but I'm having a difficult time. I saw a YouTube video that recommended using Elfsite, which can create a widget/HTML code for Squarespace and all you have to do is embed that HTML code on your website page. That didn't work either...I see an error message that states "Script Disabled". Does anyone know a simple workaround to this? In case you need to know, I have a Squarespace Business account. Thanks!! User93749573
Hi, I tried to work with Elfsight for a few months, but now we're having a technical issue and their support doesn't answer, almost a full year pre-paid is probably gonna go to the trash. Is there any other plugin you can recommend that works well and looks good on Squarespace? Link to comment
tuanphan
I don't know this, but if you need to embed individual review manually, we can get review embed code and add it to Code Block Email me if you have need any help (free, of course.). RGrenader
I tried that, and nothing was displayed in Live mode. All I see is the Google Reviews Widget by Trustmary banner. Link to comment
RGrenader
The whole point of a review process is for the commenter to add a review, which is then made available for admin approval. WordPress does this easily with 3rd party plug-ins, so why not Squarespace since yours is a better platform. Link to comment

RadiantSpy
To work around the "Script Disabled" error, you can try manually embedding Google Reviews using custom code. Google provides a review embed generator that allows you to customize the review widget and generate HTML code. You can then insert this code into your Squarespace page's code injection section. You can also explore options like Verified 5-Star Ratings for Business to enhance your business's online reputation. However, be cautious when using third-party services to ensure they align with your business's goals and policies. I hope this workaround helps you successfully display Google Reviews on your Squarespace website. Edited November 12 by RadiantSpy Link to comment
